Are you utilizing QuickBooks’ paperless features? Emailing invoices is a fast, easy way to bill your customers. A post last week at QuickBooks and Beyond looks at doing just that.
There are, essentially, three methods for emailing invoices covered in that blog post:
1. QuickBooks Email. This method uses an in-house email service from Intuit. This is a subscription service, and unless you already have it as part of another Intuit product, it isn’t your best choice.
2. QuickBooks Web Mail. This method lets you use your own email account (it doesn’t have to be web-based, either).
3. QuickBooks Outlook email. If you already use Microsoft Outlook for email, this option integrates your QuickBooks invoicing with your Outlook account.
