While QuickBooks is certainly the most robust accounting solution for most small and medium sized businesses, the company isn’t perfect.
Take, for example, the way that Intuit communicates with clients. Over at Mission QuickBooks, Charlie Russell offered some thoughts last week about how Intuit has some problems with customer communications.
While probably not indicative of everyone’s experience, it’s an interesting read. The good news for many QuickBooks users is that they can get their support from a qualified ProAdvisor, rather than looking to the company for help. What this means is that communication with Intuit is probably more frustrating for ProAdvisors or for people without ProAdvisor support than it is for many customers.
